Handling Defective or Faulty Products

Please provide detailed images highlighting the problem—such as cracks, missing parts, or operational failures—and our team will facilitate a replacement or repair. Usually, there’s no need to return the faulty appliance, which helps us reduce waste and support sustainable practices.

Please note: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It excludes:

  • Accidental damage or mishandling
  • Normal wear and aging of the product
  • Fading caused by sun exposure or environmental conditions
  • Modifications or repairs made after purchase

The 14-day window applies here as well. After this duration, full refunds or replacements won’t be available.

Shipment Delays & Lost Packages
